Thankful Thursday

It's Thursday which means it's time to join in with Francesca at Francesca Writes Here for the easy linky of "What I Am Thankful For" :

- a wonderful Friday evening with my lovely 'imaginary' on-line friends (for everyone who is an actual person, apparently there are a heap of imaginary friends as, sometimes, people who have no experience with SM, don't believe that there are actual people on the other side of our tweets/FB posts/blog posts - LOL.  My 'imaginary' friends of some of the nicest on earth !!!)

- blog ideas that I get in the middle of the night and write down in the little book next to my bed (now if I could just actually read what I wrote down, that would be really helpful and I'd have more to be thankful for !!!)

- enough yarn to keep my hands active during the evenings when I am watching TV - I am so enjoying making these blankets and I hope that there will be moms and babies somewhere who are thankful for them !

    What lovely things to be grateful for! I'm grateful my mum is an avid knitter and is currently knitting me a beautiful green cardie!

      Hand made cardies are the best aren't they ? I just wish I had appreciated them more when I was a child instead of feeling like the poor family whose Mom had to knit their jumpers because we couldn't afford to buy them !!! In the meantime, they fitted us better and they kept us warmer - go figure !

      I'm glad you are thankful for your blanket and hope that you like it too !!
      YAY for getting twitter to work on your phone although I do find that i am quicker on the computer than on my phone when I am tweeting !!! The next twitter party will probably be in a few months - so far it works out about every 2-3 months - that way people don't get bored with them and come along and join in - we'll give you plenty of notice.

    A twitter party you say? Count me in! Lovely things to be thankful for. A good idea to jot your blog ideas down at night, I keep meaning to have a note book beside my bed but haven't got around to it. I tell myself 'I'll remember that idea' and the next morning..poof..it's gone!

      We'd love to have you join in our next twitter party - be sure to keep an eye out for it - we normally advertise it about 1-2 weeks ahead of time - and normally every 2-3 months.
      Oh no - I wonder how many great blog posts have 'poofed' out your head !!!

    I am thankful for the rain today because with out it, and lots more if it, I think we may face summer water restrictions.
    The novelty of hand watering in the heat soon wears of. xxx Rae

      Hand watering does get a bit monotonous after a while doesn't it. We have had some really bad drought years - thank goodness we have had good rains over the past couple of years !
