Janphotoaday catch up

I am not sure how this is going to work or even if it will work at all but I am going to give it a bash. I am going to try to take photos with my phone and then somehow post them on here or on twitter.

So, the photos that I have taken so far tonight (which means that I have missed the one of my sky as I didn't know what the pic was for today when I was outside messing around) are #6 makes me smile, Alfie and Rosie, they always manage to do something to make me smile, #7 favourite, my engagement ring is made up of the stones from my engagement ring, my mom's engagement ring and my gran's engagement ring - I think of them both when I look at my ring, #8 sky - you get to see our swimming pool instead !

Monday 9th January - well I wasn't able to get this posted last night so having another go this morning and I will include the photo from today.

  2. I completely understand about choosing the wrong choice. I often didn't eat dinner because I wanted the dessert more. I was addicted to diet coke, I drank it all the time and it would always trump water. I did cut down, but that didn't help much either so last June I gave it up cold turkey and it has been one of the best things I have ever done.

    I used to be on medication for constant stomach inflamation pain and once I gave up the diet coke I didn't need the medication anymore. I don't even want the stuff anymore. I never thought I could give it up and stay off it, but I did and I have and I know you can turn things around by making healthier choices as well. It gets easier the longer you do it - you just have to believe in yourself.

    It has taken me years to believe in myself, believe that I am worth it and deserve it and believe that I am strong enough to beat the bulge - I still struggle with it, but I now know I can do it and I know you can too - I believe in you xx

  3. I was thinking about what you said the other day about how you wish you had gotten up early to workout and regretted it.
